yep, that's the exact reddit thread linked in the article.

the first comment has probably made $10,000+ in commissions. probably more.

This isn't anything new.

In fact, SEO strategies relied on these tactics for as long as I can remember.

yeah. any examples of those? how it used to be done?

because google only started promoting ugc sites since its last update on September 2023.

I've been blogging for years. SEO has always been done this way. I'm sure if you search for pre 2023 SEO articles, you'll find plenty of information describing exactly what this article talks about. It's a way to build backlinks, increase your sites authority score, and get more traffic.

>because google only started promoting ugc sites since its last update on September 2023.

Yeah, but these aren't new SEO strategies.

ugc wasn't promoted earlier. that's whats new.

there was a reason there were so many tiktok video that went viral where influencers used to tell people to append "reddit" at the end.

you don't need to do that anymore because quora, reddit, etc... all rank above on google now.

there's a reason seo's are crying because they all lost their income.

This isn't "exposing" anything. It's promoting link spam techniques.

lol, where is it promoting link spam techniques?

and if you know seo, you'll realise most of seo is blackhat only.

seo as a whole depends on gaming google with more backlinks & more outreaches.

link spam techniques are done because they work.
