Curious that this project is clearly named after the Chilean project cybersyn. Project Cybersyn attempted to centrally gather realtime economic data and use it to make realtime economic control decisions. Effectively it attempted to solve the communist economic planning problem with cybernetics.

The project was destroyed by Pinochet before ever being used.
