Here's what happened.

I asked ChatGPT Plus (so GPT-4(?)) this - what are some unique ways people are solving the problem of hiring good people?

Here is its reply, verbatim.

Note the reference to 2023 in its reply instead of the usual "As of Sept 2021...".
