This is how you weaponize legislation. I 'll be damned if "They are going after the big guys". Just reading the ruling tells you that any DPA can come up with any kind of justification if they have a beef against you. Not only the law is vague, now they can fine our businesses because we have "buttons and links on which it is required to click to access complementary information". And this is only the DPA of France. There are much more corrupt governments and officials across EU countries. Romania is already having some fun with it.
