Since a few weeks I'm (re-)building FreshRemote.Work as some kind of fast + lean "remote job search engine". The goal is to make it as simple as possible while simultaneously give as much info about a job and/or company. All of course without any nonsense, bloat etc.

Some highlights:

- LOTS of remote jobs every day

- all jobs come directly from company ATS (so they're REALLY fresh)

- all jobs have a salary listed (no "guesstimates"!)

- UI is super-simple, fast, informative and works also well on mobile

- comprehensive tagging + search

Note: it's still kind of a prototype but lots of features and improvements are in the making for the upcoming weeks :)

Missing anything? Feedback's welcome!

Cheers Pat

Great to hear! It's the usual suspects like greenhouse, lever, workable, successfactors, ashbyhq, recruitee, pinpoint, personio, adp, talentlyft, and many more...

thx :)

ah, interesting - similar approach it seems...

It's all plain RSS feeds from a variety of over 180 sources atm. no Twitter input whatsoever (at least right now). Trends are basically determined by item views (popularity on the site itself)...

Thanks for clarifying. Really like the design of the site!

Btw. if you know a great blog, pod, YT or news publication in general that covers a decent amount of AI/ML-related stuff and has an RSS feed (see https://allainews.com/sources.md for sources already included to avoid dupes) - pls put it in the comments :)

We aim to enable every person to more deeply understand our co-inhabitants on Earth and in doing so, to permanently alter human perspective and culture. Purpose of role

You will join an incredible and global remote team, and will be responsible for developing pioneering research towards decoding and translating non-human communication, including extending unsupervised translation techniques and tackling cornerstone biological and computational problems on large-scale multimodal behavioral datasets.

Hey fellow hackers,

As demand for skilled people in the Information Security field is growing and higher than ever, there doesn't seem to be a lot of sites that cater to this crowd exclusively. So I thought it would be great and helpful to fill this gap.

Hope it helps anyone interested in finding a job or hiring talent in this space, and also help newcomers to get a sense of what the market offers/demands or which roles require what qualifications/skillset etc.

What's your feedback, ideas, thoughts, insights?

Regarding finding solid jobs there might be some alternatives in certain niches, increasing the signal-to-noise ratio if you're looking for a job (or talent) in one of these, for example:

https://ai-jobs.net - for positions in the AI/ML/Data Science space

https://infosec-jobs.com - exclusively for Cyber Security/InfoSec folks

https://devops-jobs.net - a DevOps-only jobboard

https://freshremote.work - provides lots of remote vacancies in all kinds of areas (tech & non-tech)

Finally! A small (or not so small) outage for FB, a large benefit for mankind :)
