Just saying, I would have made something like, all these things slowly swirling and sucked into a black hole and at the singularity, you show the ipad :)
I'm a bit late to commenting, but of all the ones on the list, this is the one the most for me. It opened the door to philosophy to me, I just never knew I wanted to know about it until this show. I love it now! Also it is one of the most incredibly funny shows I have ever seen.
Fasting... in fact, if you simply stick to just one simple rule which is, eat ONLY when you become hungry, you will reap rewards. Hint: Not everyone needs 3 meals a day.
In order to this, you need to become aware of your body and mind. And for this, you need to learn Meditation which is simply a practice of mindfulness for a set period of time.
Have you consulted any experts in this area to see if offsetting carbon footprint is an effective way? Perhaps that will provide more credibility to potential customers.
Yes, we've spoken to many (i.e. UC Berkeley's Cool Climate, Nori, and Pachama) who have deepened our understanding of the space and inspired us to keep building. As it turns out, the best solution to climate change is divesting from fossil fuels entirely, but we will need a whole host of solutions that includes carbon sequestration and carbon removal — projects and technologies that individuals can fund. If you have anyone you think we should talk to, please send them our way!
I turn it around from the get go, in fact, I never answer any of their questions* and let them provide guesses. It is more fun than their original questions.
I feel that that is really what they like me to do, as they don't come back around after their guesses and say, Dad, what do "you" think or what is the "right" answer?
*besides factual questions and even in that case, I still ask them to guess first
