I’m sorry, but wut?
I’m OP. I work with companies globally, first of all.
But Israeli culture, in high tech, is the exact opposite. Even in my military service, I was arguing against a Lt. Colonel when I had 4 months of experience. Chutzpah is what is driving half of the local startups: CEOs have to convince their teams that regularly poke holes in their plans and ideas. Not all companies are that way, but for years I’ve been hearing from people I tend to assume too many people would speak up. First time I’m hearing I have a bias towards the other side.
Thanks for letting me know. Not a native English speaker so these show up every now and then even though I use tools like Grammarly. Will fix when next to a computer!
I think it can work well for Android app continuous integration. If you can spin up multiple Android emulators in the cloud, you could test every build against a plethora of Android devices and accelerate your development.
Lots of good points there, one of my favorites is the Collison Close: “Open up your laptop. I'll get you an account and code the integration right now.”
I was wondering why there were not any C koans. Interestingly most of the original "koans" were about Unix and Lisp. Kind of makes sense to have code koans for them too.
Creepy to have someone tweet me when I didn't give you my twitter. Creepier when a mistake is made. Might want to convert mails to twitters for inside analytics or spotting influential users though, but dislike providing extra services with mail addresses of my users. Creepy.
You bring up a good point. I don't think our service is right for every business but there a certain businesses that it can work for. I like the analytics idea.
