If you take amplo and sartines, your blood pressure goes down for sure.
You also could try with some beta blockers. I have a high bpm heart. With the -lols (bisprolol f.e) I got it down to 60 bump and the blood pressure went down to.
Also, red beet juice, 70ml every morning for a few weeks let the pressure go down too. Do not combine it with the sartines.
If nothing helps, you could try to get an surgical treatment where parts of the side-kidney are removed. It produces to much of a hormone and that makes the pressure rise. But it's highly experimental treatment. Not much known.
