Just a reminder, that the NFT does not transfer any real right. It's just the "ownership" of a webpage that for now has a jpg that is a photo of the artwork. Any moron on Earth can create another NFT with another jpg with another photo of the same picture. If the family is angry about someone using the artist name for this, I agree with them.
